These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and Tundra Win Lotto Inc. ("Operator," "We," or "Us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must strictly refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To register an account and purchase tickets, you must meet the following strict criteria:
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must update your information immediately if it changes (e.g., change of address or email).
Users are limited to one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. Tundra Win Lotto is not liable for any loss that results from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and confirmed by our system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. The price of each entry is $10.00 CAD unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.
Ticket sales for a specific draw close at 7:45 PM EST on the day of the draw. Purchases made after this cut-off time will automatically be entered into the next scheduled draw.
In the event of a system malfunction, technical failure, or human error that results in incorrect odds, prize amounts, or ticket generation, Tundra Win Lotto reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake. The official results recorded in our secure central database shall always take precedence over any data displayed on your device.
All winning tickets are subject to validation checks by the Operator and, where applicable, the independent auditor. You are not a winner until your ticket has been validated and you have complied with all claiming procedures.
Minor Prizes (< $1,000 CAD): Will be credited directly to your player account balance immediately after validation.
Major Prizes (> $1,000 CAD) and Jackpots: Must be claimed by contacting Customer Support. Major winners must complete an enhanced identity verification (KYC) process and may be required to sign a release form.
Under current Canadian law, lottery winnings are generally not subject to income tax for residents. However, Tundra Win Lotto does not provide tax advice, and you are solely responsible for any tax liabilities in your specific jurisdiction.
Prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be reallocated to the prize fund or donated to charity in accordance with regulatory requirements.
All financial transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We utilize third-party payment processors. You agree not to treat the Operator as a financial institution; no interest is paid on deposited funds. We reserve the right to run credit checks and anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northwest Territories and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
